Dr. Irvani is truly a master of his craft. I believe I’ve been going to him for five years now and he’s hands-down the best dentist I’ve ever had. From routine work to cosmetic work to preventative maintenance to cavities fillings and crowns he is truly amazing! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it’s always a great experience.

I’ve been coming to Dr Irvani’s for 10 + years. The staff are like family. I love that my dental hygienist are always checking in on my cleaning visit making sure my brush and flossing routine is consistent. When additional procedures are required such as fillings, etc Dr. Irvani’s work is top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Irvani if you reside in the Orange County area.

Dr. Irvani is an excellent dentist! I personally get a lot of anxiety from going to dentists because the local anesthesia wears off quickly and I end up feeling pain. With Dr. Irvani, this doesn't happens because he works quickly and still does a great job. In the last 2 years, I've gotten 2 crowns and 2 fillings and all of them went great.

I have been a patient for a while now. Crowns, a post and fillings as well as cleanings. Never any issues or problems. Beautiful office, state of the art equipment and wonderful staff. Dr Irvani truly cares about his patients. You can trust that he and his staff will do their best to take care of your dental needs and keep you smiling.

Three fillings in less than 30 minutes! Felt like a Nascar race! Dr. Irvani did such an amazing job and was impressively efficient, all while maintaining a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

I had such a great experience with Neda and Dr. Irvani. I was a little nervous coming in but they eased my nerves and my cleaning and cavity fills were quickly and painlessly done. The front desk ladies are also warm and friendly. They notified me right away when a closer date was available for my next appt. The staff and Dr. Irvani are amazing. I am 39 years old and ever since I was an adult and started going to dentist on my own I had yet to find a good dentist until I found Irvani about 5 years ago. I wish I had known about him 20 years ago. But, in the 5 years he and his staff have been wonderful. They provide what is needed for your oral hygiene and only what is needed. When something is done whether a cavity or a crown it is done right, professionally, and efficiently. I highly recommend Dr. Irvani.

First appointment with Dr. Aria Ivania was very pleasant. Office staff were cordial and professional and there was pretty much no wait time. The dentist was kind, and he took care of my emergency very well. I have a follow up appointment so I’ll up date this review.
