Dr. Irvani and staff were exceptionally accommodating and responsive when my inlay came out and an unexpected last minute emergency need for a crown!!! My fear of going to the dentist was quickly diminished with their reassuring positivity and Dr. Irvani’s gentle manner and precise technique! Cannot recommend or thank them enough. ♥️🙏

Dr. Irvani is truly a master of his craft. I believe I’ve been going to him for five years now and he’s hands-down the best dentist I’ve ever had. From routine work to cosmetic work to preventative maintenance to cavities fillings and crowns he is truly amazing! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it’s always a great experience.

Dr. Irvani is an excellent dentist! I personally get a lot of anxiety from going to dentists because the local anesthesia wears off quickly and I end up feeling pain. With Dr. Irvani, this doesn't happens because he works quickly and still does a great job. In the last 2 years, I've gotten 2 crowns and 2 fillings and all of them went great.

Had a crown put in by Dr. Irvani a week or so ago, and absolutely recommend his services. The crown looks and feels great, everyone was very nice, and it was very affordable. The quoted price matched the end price as well, so no surprises, and they took care of all the insurance work. I will be back for future dental work!

I’ve been coming to Dr Irvani’s for 10 + years. The staff are like family. I love that my dental hygienist are always checking in on my cleaning visit making sure my brush and flossing routine is consistent. When additional procedures are required such as fillings, etc Dr. Irvani’s work is top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Irvani if you reside in the Orange County area.

Dr. Irvani and his whole team are outstanding! Today, I had an extraction, an implant and was given a temporary crown which looks perfect! Dr. Irvani is definitely a pain free Dentist during the procedure and with no experience of discomfort after. My veneers were also done by the Doctor with beautiful results! As always, my experience was great. the crown that was replaced now prevents food buildup between my teeth caused by a decades old poorly done orthodontics job back in 1976.
