For over twenty years my wife and I have been coming here to Dr. Irvani who is one of the best here in Southern California. His credentials are impressive and it definitely shows when you experience the work he does! I would recommend Dr. Irvani to anyone looking for not just a good dentist but a very good one indeed!

I can't say that visiting Dr. Irvani has been fun (replaced a crown and repaired a filling) but Dr. Irvani and his staff made the experience as stress-free as possible. I knew I needed some major work and I was given a free exam to evaluate my specific needs. I was given a clear cost estimate of the needed repairs before I left that day and I made an appointment for the next week. The initial work was done that week and the permanent crown was put in 2 weeks later. The pain and sensitivity I was feeling are gone. March 2025 Update: More recently, Dr. Irvani had to replace one of my old (gold) crowns that had fallen out. He showed me the current condition of the remaining tooth, cleaned up the tooth, and placed a temporary crown for the tooth. His office gave me a clear timeline on when the real (permanent) crown would be available. Unfortunately, the temporary crown broke the very next morning. Still not sure why it did, but I decided to take no action and wait until the permanent crown was available (about 2 weeks). The installation of the permanent crown was quick and efficient. It has been a month since I received the new (ceramic) crown and it has worked perfectly. Although the failure of the temporary crown was a disappointment, I firmly believe that Dr. Irvani and his office still deserve a 5 STAR rating.

I have been with Dr. Irvani for over 30 years. He is the best dentist I have ever been to! He is kind, gentle, and cares about his patients. The whole team that works with Dr. Irvani is top notch too! Nazila, cleaned my teeth today and she did an excellent job! I would absolutely recomend Dr. Irvani!

First went to Dr. Irvani for Invisalign’s! Loved my nice straight teeth! Loved the care and attentiveness! Decided to make Dr Irvani my primary dentist! So happy with that decision! Easy to make appointments, hardly a wait if any kind, great consultations, and then follow thru! Couldn’t be happier! Oh shoot! Saw this review from a couple years ago...I never posted it! I still love Dr Irvani! Went to Dr Irvani today (Aug 2024)! Same great care…every single time!

I ‘ve been Dr. Irvani’s patient for 20 years. As far as I’m concerned he is the number one dentist in Orange County! He’s very gentle. Always concerned about the patient & does excellent work! Always checks on you to see if you are in pain when doing work on you. I give Dr. Irvani a 5 star rating! He’s the best!

Dr. Irvani is a rare gem. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my dental work. I have had such an incredible experience each and every time regardless of the type of app. When you think you're only half way done with your root-canal; you're actually done! His work is always painless, and more than efficient. All of the staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable also.

I was visiting California from Maine and had a tooth break. I was able to get in to see Dr. Irvani the next morning (a Monday) and by Friday I had a new crown in place, a procedure that would normally have taken at least twice as long. Dr Ivani's friendly and efficient staff handled all the details that first morning, tracking down my insurance info and informing me of my options , and the doctor's easy going manner put me at ease immediately. And I never felt a thing, even after the extensive preparation the tooth required. The man is a wizard with a drill. I'm very happy with my new crown, and though 3,000 miles is a long way to go to see the dentist, I'm tempted to become a permanent patient. Thanks to all the office staff, assistants, and especially Dr. Irvani for an amazing job.
