I have gone to Dr. Irvani for many years. In my experience he is honest, straight-forwad and looking out for his patients. My spouse and daughter have a fair number of dental problems and have always reported that he took care of problems in the simplest most efficient and patient-oriented manner, neither embellishing nor neglecting the work needed- straight practical advice with the patients needs foremost in mind. A few times when traveling, he was kind enough to email my spouse with advice - much appreciated. My own teeth have few problems but I am cursed with a small mouth and TMJ. For myself, the hygienists are as important as the doctor. I used to dread dental visits due to the discomfort associated with cleaning, my jaw protesting through the entire event. Dr Irvani has hired the two best hygenists I have ever had- Zeeba and Melanie by name- who both learned how to work within my undersized orifice deftly and quickly and my visits there have been consistently pleasant and efficient. His office staff are competent, friendly, efficient, on time, no insurance issues, easy to make or change appointments. We have been going there for over a decade and are unlikely to change anytime soon.

I have been going to Dr. Irvani for about 10 years. This sounds so lame, but I hated going to the dentist before I started seeing Dr. Irvani. Going to the dentist is still not my favorite thing to do however; the anxiety and fear that used to come along with visits has dissolved. I know that Dr. Irvani will be as gentle with me as possible and he always makes me feel comfortable. The staff is phenomenal, and my cleanings are a breeze! I have referred Dr. Irvani to several of my friends and family members and each one of them has gone on to refer him to others, which says a lot! We love being part of the Dr. Irvani family!

Switched to Dr. Irvani about a year ago as I grew tired of being overcharged and getting questionable recommendations (seems like every client is a bucket of money). Have had several visits and am quite satisfied, hospitable, quick, comfortable, good work, and work with you to find the most economical approach for you. So far so good....successful transition.

I always have a good experience and never have to wait long after arriving for my appointment. I believe the cleanings are thorough and I always leave feeling great.

My wife and Mary found Dr Irvani's office when he was still located at Trabuco and Lake Forest. We make sure we see him for regular cleaning at least twice a year. We have always enjoyed excellent service. His employees are like family. Everyone knows your name and treats you as a friend not just a patient. Everyone in the office is a pleasure to work with. Dr Irvani keeps me well informed and I feel that my dental care is in good hands. Due to people like Melanie, the dental hygientist, I no longer worry about the ordeal of going to the dentist's office. Pat, in the front office, provides a personal touch. I have been taking my whole family to Dr Irvani for years and will continue to do so.

Dr. Aria is great and takes time to explain everything. He was also great in referring me to a specialist that I am also very happy with.

Granted I do not need a lot of work done, my dental hygienist does an awesome job each visit. Clean office, courteous staff, no wait time and they send e-reminders and follow up with a call which I am really grateful for due to my busy work schedule. Staying with them unless my work takes me to a different city.

I was referred to Dr. Irvani by a customer of mine about 10 yrs ago & have never even thought of changing dentists even after he moved his office,which made it a further drive for me. The friendly staff he has also made it difficult for me to want to look for another dentist. With that being said, one of the main reasons i chose to stay with Dr. Irvani is the fact that every time i have visited him i have "NEVER" had to wait in his lobby more than 5 minutes before i was seated, can anyone that's ever been to other dentists say that. It's not about just getting you in there so you don't have to wait in the lobby, the minute your seated the dental hygienist is there immediately performing her work & when she is done Dr. Irvani is there within 5 minutes to say hi & check to see how everything is going, whether it be social or dental related. Even when i've had extensive work done his time management is impeccable. Needless to say i am a very satisfied patient & would not hesitate to refer him to anyone i know. Robin Matsuo
